Yes.  The PC it was installed on was updated to Windows 10 last summer, and it has worked flawlessly.

Does this wireless card work with a MSI  Gaming Titanium Edition LGA 1151?

Well I Looked at the specs for your motherboard and I think it should work for You ( it uses a PCI-Express Port and Your Motherboard Has a few on it). I have Purchased a few wireless cards from ASUS and have been satisfied with them Easy install(almost just a plug and Play after a small driver install) and Great Performance for the cost. The card You are adapter you are looking at also has a spare back plate If you have a narrow case witch is a nice addition. I also used this same adapter with an older ASER computer and had good results. I hope this Helpful and Good Luck With Your build.

Question 3

Windows 10 recognized the hardware and it ran fine... UNTIL I installed the drivers from the CD --- now the 802.11 wireless does not work. Roll-back of the driver did not work.  Tried installing the drivers from the CD a second time, just in case there was a glitch, but it is still not functioning. ASUS has no drivers on their website for this device. Other than returning this - what is the fix?

Uninstall all the drivers for the wireless component.  Afterwards, go into Device Manager and "remove" the wireless network card there.  Then reboot and let Windows Update install its own driver.

Has anyone tried to update the actual card from the Intel chip to another newer one, like the current Intel adapter or something like the Killer N1535?

No but I did replace the antennas with 6 foot leads and 9 inch antennas so I can get WIFI from the space station.

has anyone had problems with this card and the Gigabye GA 990FXA UD3 R5 AMD Chipset?

I own two of them and have never has any issue at all. I recommend that you remove all previous drivers for your wifi/Bluetooth before installing this. I build computers as a hobby and sometimes have up to 20 plus devices on my wifi with no issues and have 10 plus devices on my Bluetooth with no issues. At this price they are the best.

the port is for Bluetooth and connects to the internal usb connection.

How long are the antenna lead cables?

The antenna lead is approximately 3 feet (1 meter).  No problem locating it away from the computer.

Is the printed circuit board of this card green or blue?  The pictures included in the Newegg listing show a green PCB, but the promotional information provided by ASUS shows a blue card.  Is anyone able to confirm the color?

linux should have a list of supported hardware for you to check. but most new hardware works. if it dosnt work you can always return it

Does anyone know if you need to install the bluetooth USB for the actual WiFi card to work?

The WIFI and Bluetooth are separate drivers on the disk. The Bluetooth is not USB it is PCIe. I own 3 of them and they are great.
