Overall Review: This card works great for me. Install was of course easy, I didn't use the base but I use just the antenna's on the card directly. No matter where we have moved the computer, this card still gets a good signal. Haven't experienced any lag. We bought this as a refurb that is still going strong after a year.

Pros: hasn't overheated yet works simple install, but had to move video card.

Cons: pretty much paying for the brand name and a quarter worth of aluminum, because it can't possibly warrant the 40$+ markup for the next best thing without a heat sink on it... but i did want it for the heat sink.

Overall Review: if you're like me and you just want a pretty solid wireless adapter that doesn't take up a USB slot, then it fits the bill. it's a little expensive for what it is, but if that's the price i pay not to disconnect because the wireless device overheated again, that's the price i'll pay. you could probably do just as well making your own heat sink out of a piece of formed copper on any 30$ wireless card with similar features, but if you don't have the time or inclination to do it... here's your answer.

Pros: Bought a Refurbished Asus AC56 to replace my old TP-Link N900 card and I can now use the 5GHz signal without any lag! Having the antenna base on my desktop has helped a lot signal wise do to my gaming PC sitting in the corner of my room. The refurbished card shipped with everything needed to use the product.

Cons: None what so ever! Worked right out of the box after installing the drivers/utility software on my Windows 7 computer.

Overall Review: I would definitely recommend this card to anyone on a budget. Btw, it also came with a smaller adapter piece for installing inside small form factor cases.

Pros: Works right out the gate..Meaning there was No problems installing of software or the WiFi card..Works first time..No un-necessary GUI or anything like that..Software is simple' directly to the point.

Cons: None that i have seen so far.

Overall Review: I would definitely recommend this WiFi card to my friends..If Not this card than i do recommend getting an Asus brand..Asus has a very good Technical support and product repair service 'RMA' I would also recommend getting a WiFi card with external antenna..The ones with Antenna on the card itself has poorer signal due to your metal computer case blocking some of the signal.

Pros: Don't drop picks up right away, great speed with a good router and internet.

Overall Review: since it was a refurb and was cheap enough not to go through the process of getting a refund and paying restocking fees. I decided to keep it in the computer to block the opened PCI slot in the case. so thats nice.

Pros: Seamless operation with my Wireless Mesh. Fast enough for lag free gaming!

Overall Review: I am pleased with the item and how it functions.

Cons: - I have two 32-bit computers I got from work for my young kids to do school work, unfortunately the slots were not pci-e and I had to get additional items to convert the slot to a pci-e slot

Overall Review: I would recommend to other people, I would give some guidance in regards to the slot type though as most people will buy this for older computers in my opinion.
