why no 6ghz on windows 10?

Apparently Microsoft decided not to implement 6ghz support in Windows 10. The driver page from the card's chipset (Intel AX210) confirms that it only supports 6gz in Windows 11 and up (I can't link it because the question answering interface blocks links, but you can google "Windows 10 6ghz" to find the answer.
