does this include the anttenas?

Yes and it also includes a low profile bracket in case you need to mount it in a desktop size PC. This is important to me since I resell these and want to be able to mount them in either style case. I wish all cards came with a low profile option but since they don't I stick with this model.

I just acquired a used desktop computer. It specifies the slots are "half height PCIe x16". Will this fit?

Yes, it will fit AFTER you change the mounting plate from the full height to the half height unit. Look at the last picture on Neweggs listing for your wireless adapter. Last picture shows what is included in the shipment, and you will see the half height mounting plate lying separately in front of the black box. The full height mounting plate comes installed on the printed circuit card. You have to just swap the mounting plates. If you threw away the shorter one already, then you are SOL (sorta out of luck.
