Does this have a rj-45 connector for ethernet?

No it doesn't. It uses SFP+ port. You need to buy an rj-45 adaptor for this if you really want to use rj45..

Is this compatible with a PC running windows 10?

No. I bought one (didn't think that this is generally server hardware...). I could not get Windows 10 to install drivers from the included disk. The Asus website only lists drivers for server versions of Windows, which I tried to install. Nothing worked. Hopefully I can find a different 10 Gbe NIC that does support Windows 10.
