I've been running this monitor since last Christmas. I have not noticed any flicker and is the best display that I have ever used.

What is the refresh rate on this panel?

It has a 60hz refresh rate and with g sync it is amazing. Best thing closest to a higher refresh rate 4k monitor, which don't exist on the market yet. Its a great buy!

Question 4

Do you check for back-light bleed, color contrast, and dead pixels when refurbishing this product? Also if I were to purchase this refurbished product, would I be able to get it replaced if I noted problems from the three categories above?

I checked for all 3 but the problem I had was a really dark corner on the monitor. I contacted newegg got a reply right away and a replacement within the week.

Since this is a refurbished item, what is the warranty on it?

The warranty for this product is located under the "Warranty and Returns" Tab. In this case the product carries a 180 day warranty from the Refurbisher.
