Do i need to plug a cable from my PSU to this GPU?

If you are plugging this into your mainboard you would need to power it via a power cable, so yes you would need a 6 pin power connector from your PSU to plug into power this card as it can't pull all the power from your motherboard.

Uses one of the standard Black/Yellow power connections off the power supply. Similar to the ones that connect to the motherboard.

Will this card handle 4 monitors simultaneously?

Yes! If running windows 10 would need to configure your multiple monitors but I currently have mine running 3 monitors at a time. 2 On HDMI and 1 On Display Port. I have 1 extra Display Port Plus a DVI slot so should be able to add one more screen easily. Hope that helps. The only problem I have is that it shifts my workspaces to another screen if I turn off one of the monitors. I haven't figured out how to keep my workspaces on the screen that I turn off if I am not using that screen.

The card doesn't add any more than 130 watts to the system power so anything over 450 for would work fine. Going less might cause power delivery problems in performance spikes and have lower energy efficiency.

The one fan model has been totally fine for me, but if you're considering buying the 3GB version of this card for games I'd strongly recommend just spending the small amount of extra money to get the 6GB version. Otherwise, if you're just concerned about the fans and heat, the one fan model is great =)
