What liquid coolers can I use for the ASUS Prime X299-Deluxe LGA 2066 Intel X299 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel Motherboard?

You can use any Liquid cooler's that have support for Socket 2011-V3 (X99), it's the same mounting specs. It just all depends on if you're going to just use it as is or if you plan on overclocking etc.

are the mounting holes with x299 the same for cooling solutions from x99 or are they slightly different like am4 was from am3?

From what I have read any cooler compatible with LGA2011/2011-v3 should work on LGA2066 however Intel is recommending Liquid coolers due to the high thermal output of the new CPUs.

Is the TPM installed or do I need to buy a module. If Not installed, where does it plug in?

I believe its already installed.  I am running it and Windows has a driver installed for it.

Question 4

Will this work on a Case that only has USB 2 and/or 3 on the front panel? What I want to know is if I plug my front panel USB 2/3 into the 3.1 gen 2 will it still operate or do I need some sort of adapter?

There is only one USB2 plug on the board so you could use that with the front plugs.  There are two USB3 plugs on the board - one can be used for the front panel if they are USB 3.

What features make this board worth $180 more than the "non-deluxe" version?

I wondered the same thing, and decided to go with this board of the Prime X299-A.  The cost difference is a couple things.  This board has the onboard OLED display.  Also this comes with both a fan extension board that allows for an additional 3 4pin PWM fans, and 3 Temp sensors.  The board also comes with an PCIe Thunderbolt and USB-C card.  This card adds both the latest version of thunderbolt and two more USB 3.1 ports, one being USB-C.

Can u boot off M.2 NVMe X4 same as x99 deluxe. and how much is SLI faster in FPS , is it worth $1500?

Yes, you can boot from and m.2 nvme. I don't think SLI is worth it for 1500 for me at least. Depends on you really, i'd normally go with the best single card i could afford. 1080ti should be good enough. Unless youre running 4k and want higher refresh rates.

I don't see why not.  The hardware is not software contingent.  This is one smokin hot board especially if you install 128gb of Corsair 3200 ram and 2 Samsung 980 Pro M.2 drives as your primary RAID 0 boot drives.  I swear it's nearly instant boot!
