Is this card backward compatible with PCI Express 2.0?

We did install this card into a Dell Precision t3400 into a spare PCIe x16 slot, which we understand on this older pc to be V2.  Had the same concern about the v3 rating but the card performs flawlessly in our situation.

As a guild wars 2 player myself I would say no, it will not run max setting without lag. I would look at something a tad better then this and with your RAM and CPU you should do fine.

Joseph - The card has: 1 Native DVI-I port, 1 Native HDMI port and 1 Native display port. I use the DVI port, since I'm not a gamer. I installed a video card to pick up over the air TV, and I wanted HD quality.

Is this card works on g41mt s2pt motherboard?

Your Motherboard does not seem to have a PCI Express 3.0 slot.
It is an older board for Intel based CPU's and does not have the ability of running this card.

In order to run this card you will need to find a board with a "PCI E 3.0" or "PCI Express 3.0" slot. both are the same thing just the one with "E" stands for "Express"

Just in case you want to upgrade your board from what it is now play make sure you match the sockets on your CPU or buy a new CPU to go with it. If you have any more questions please let us know.

Whats the hdmi version on this card. I wanna run 4k monitor at 30hz. If not hdmi then will display port do it?

We are not using it on a 4k but if you plan to use a 4k and game at all i would recommend you using something more along an r9 at least this wont impress on high graphics and 4k it runs wow on high holding 60 fps in 720 thats all we have put it on so far.. its for my dad not me. i use a gtx 760 and i would go even bigger then that for a 4k setup myself

I want to know 2 things. Can this run Minecraft shaders at 40-80 FPS, Shaders for minecraft makes you lag a ton, regularly without Shaders I get up to 60-80 FPS! With shaders I get 25, I want to get better FPS. Second, can my computer use this graphics card, please hep me, I've been doing more than 2 hours of research for a good graphics card for my computer here are specs aswell. ?

Yes the 250x does really well with shaders of all game before 2013. Minecraft is mostly based on the cpu itself but the graphics card does play a major role with what you're talking about. So yes it would most likely run MC atleast above 50fps. As for whether you can implement it is a good question. If your PSU has a 6pin power piece then good, next does you MoBo have a pciE X16 slot on it.(most MoBo should have them unless its really old). Sorry if my answer is badly worded.Also, I am in africa right now so I most likely won't be able to answer another question right now or in the near future till I get back. So I apologize ahead of time.
