I have a Corsair CX750M, will it be able to power this card?

It certainly should, I believe the card requires one 6 pin PCI and one 8 pin PCI connector to power it. So as long as it has that than you're good (and a 750watt power supply should definitely have at least that). Also, I think the card draws about 300-350 Watts. So a 750Watt power supply should certainly be sufficient

I have an 625W ENERMAX MODU82+ power supply (www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817194027) ... it has three 12V@25A rails ... will it be able to handle this card? Thank you.

NO, It recommends 750 Watt with 24A on the 12V rail.

While it may work for a little while, it WILL burn up your power supply.

You'll have issues like pc works fine until you start gaming, etc.

I have a seasonic 650 Watt GOLD but it has 48A on the 12V rail which is more than most 750Watt PSU's. It runs hot as the devil when the GPU is 1000%.

Single rail highly recommended. I like Seasonic and "PC Power and Cooling". Those are very high quality, Rosewill is awesome value, but.... you want quality psu -- not a value psu. Nothing against rosewill.

How do i crossfire this card when i dont see a crossfire connector on the card??? are they just crossfiring through the mobo or what?? Please help i want to buy two good cards and be able to play any game fully maxed out with no lag... but i want to crossfire this card. Please help

The new r9 series does not need a crossfire bridge. It uses new Crossfirex technology similar to sideport. The gpus communicate through the pci-E interface.  With pci-e generation 3 there are no bandwidth issuess. Unlike with first gen pci-e when they needed the bridges.

Yes, it will work.

Most tests and performance benchmarks by various websites like HardOCP indicate that the gains from having PCI-E 3.0 slots are minimal. It is rare to gain as much as a 10% advantage from the PCI-E 3.0 compared to PCI-E 2.0

Don't let the PCI-E 3.0 defer you from purchasing an amazing product.

Can this card be crossfired with a 7950?

the 290 and 290x are an actual new gpu whereas the 280x is just the 7950 repackaged so no you cannot crossfire a 290 with a 7950.  You could however crossfire a 290 with another 290 and if it is anything like past crossfire tech you could prob. do a 290 and 290x

This is a standard reference card. You will have to get an aftermarket cooler unless you like the sound of a jet engine in your computer.
