will these work on both xbox and pc?

Unfortunately. With the Xbox not supporting Bluetooth, they won't work on it. I can confirm that they will however work with PC.

Will they work on a iPad Pro? Or a Samsun tv?

The... The ad says its Bluetooth. Does your iPad Pro and Samsun TV have Bluetooth? I would say it's obvious the ipad would work, but if you are talking about a Samsung TV, I doubt it has Bluetooth. That would be a special feature of a TV, that isn't standard. There is a USB dongle, however this would not work with a TV either. Only your phone, an ROG Ally, your laptop, or any other device with a USB C port and the ability to download install a driver for new devices that aren't innately supported. TVs only support display input through USB C ports, if they even have them.
