Is the os on the m.2 ssd? and can I replace the other ssd with an 850 pro?

Sorry, but don't know for certain. The purchase was for a gift. I do know that the recipient is very happy with the setup and performance. I do believe the OS is on an ssd because of the.short boorup time.
