Question 1

What is the minimum PSU requirements for this card? I want to upgrade from my 660Ti and I have a Corsair 860i PSU.

Newegg wont let me link it, but if you google 'mars card watts' the first link for pcper(dot)com has a read out on the power usage. Under load it says that the mars was using roughly 479 watts.

Depending on what else you have eating power, your 860 may be good enough. But keep in mind that running your PSU near its max capacity will burn it out quickly. For me, I went with a 1000 watt PSU just to be safe. And I haven't had any problems.

Question 2

(Only answer this if you're confident in your answer...) I know this card is already technically in SLI; however, is it possible to run two of these in SLI? If that works then how stable would it be on games since it would have 4 gpu's (technically 4 way SLI)? Also would running that on 2 x8 pci-e 3.0's bottleneck it and would you have to run in 2 x16's? Lastly, I hear that the card is very wide, so would running 2 of these in adjacent pci-e slots work? I think that the card itself only holds up two expansion slots but I wanna be sure another card would have breathing room.

Technically, two of these card would be set up in a Quad SLI Config, not a 4way there is a difference. As for the bottleneck, both should be able to run at x16 because the pcb SLI doesn't factor into the interface controller. As for the size, the card is approx the same size as any other double card solution. Though I would not recommend placing them in adjacent slots seeing as the cards need just a little bit of breathing room. I have only one of these cards in my rig right now and it is enough, if you want to purchase two of these and place them in a QUAD-SLI i would recommend spending your money on a more powerful single GPU config like the new TITAN BLACK that was reveled last month, seeing how it is using the new GPU architecture and memory controller system for the new GTX800 series of cards. The cost would be about the same yet you would prob see a little better performance in that single card solution for the same price.

my mother board has a PCI 3.0 x16 slot but this card is a PCI 3.0 would this card work with my mobo and would i be using the card to its full potential?

Yes this card operates at 16X.
As long as you have it in a slot that supports it. Also depends on what other cards are installed on the particular mother board. Don't share pcie lanes and you'll be good to go. I run mine on a Asus_Maximus_VI and it really rocks. Every game maxed out. ... Very fast and quiet fan....A solid performance product. It will handle any resolution except the new 4k, you'll need card's with a minimum of 4 gigs of ram per gpu for that. Though almost any game out there now is not 4k. That being said this card will be more than enough for most gamers for the next couple of years. Bragging rights are free of course.

Question 4

Can this run modern games at the highest settings with 3, 1080p monitors? I am just concerned about the vram.

Most modern games can run at 1080p, but with 3 monitors you are going to need to buy another one of these video cards and configure them into SLI.

Question 5

Can you SLI this with a normal 760 (specifically the GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 from ASUS) for a triple SLI? I'd imagine so since they're both the GK104 GPU.

Post to add to previous statement.  After doing quite a bit of research, the models are what are important when doing an SLI, and at this point even though the chipset is the same, the models are different.  You would need another of this card to perform an SLI.  However, you can install the single 760, then use the nVidia control panel to assign physX processing to the single 760.  That would allow the offloading of the physX processing from one of the dual GPUs, and from the CPU.  Found that not all games support hardware rendering physX and force CPU processing.

Question 6

Now, does normal sli double the interface numbers normally? or is this a special scenario? Because I have two 660's in sli and I know that they only run off of 2gb vram, which for my ultra wide resolution has been more than fin with the more graphically intensive games at high to max settings.

When I ordered this card, I ended up cancelling it.  So I am no good judge about this card performance and so what.  The card is 2 cards in 1 and will require more watts, like an SLI would.  It truly is acting as 2 separate cards, so it's acting as individually.  For example: It's 256-bitx2 and 2gbx2 just like if you bought the cards separate.  This is the old GK104 and I would either save for a GK110 architecture or for the better cards coming out this year, if you are serious into newer games that require more shaders.

What kind of Windows experience index rating can one expect from this gpu?

I had Windows 7 a couple days ago but now Windows 8.1  Windows 7 you can test your experience index rating, not eight. The test: The video card tested at 7.9 The whole computer tested at 7.8  I have all the bells and whistles.

Question 8

Will this card go into ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard? Not sure if the chip set will matter or not still new at building.

Chipset will not matter; Most people do intel with nvidia, and amd/ati.. but they work either way.

As far as the design of your mobo and the thermal shielding..
I guess the intelligent answer would be a question, "Why would they model thermal armor onto a motherboard without taking into consideration the maximization of the space in consideration with the leading "mega" vid cards on the market.

I cannot say for certain, but I would think that there would be no slotting/compatibility issues (getting the card to fit / be recieved by the pci-e slot). From all the angles i've looked at of your mobo and looking at my card dimensions up close I think you would be in good hands with this card. I like mine so much I'm getting a 2nd one, and i'm still using a 2nd gen i7 =]

What do you think about this not having an HDMI slot?

Sorry as I have never tried what you are asking. But in theory it should work giving you a 3 card SLI config. I can tell you the I have two of these cards and have a quad SLI config and it works great. With a g-sync monitor and using DSR factor of 1.78 it is like having a 4K monitor setup.
