Does this board offer any USB 3.2 Gen 2 x 2 20GB ports? Does this board have the required trace layout/lane signals to be PCIe 4.0 ready certified?

PCIe slots for GPU's, yes. NVME, no. All NVME slots are linked to Z490 PCH, which only supports PCIe 3.0. PCIe slots on the other way are linked to CPU and the board has regulator and other parts capable of handling PCIe 4.0 signal. But as always, YMMV, especially since Asus did not confirm anything related to PCIe 4.0 support officially.
