What does the package come with? Cables or anything of that nature or just the Mobo

I did not purchase this mother board, because when I check with the vendor, its only the mother board, no other accessories comes with the board. the have also updated the wed page to reflect this.

Will this work with I7-8700k?

Yes, that is what is was made to work with. RAM speeds DDR4-2666. If you use anything else, you will have problems. Companies claiming to sell so called "FAST RAM" are scamming you. You cannot see the 1 ten thousandths of a second speed increase with the human eye. Your bank account is the only thing that will notice you changed something.
