yes, that'll work.  that's only a PCI 3.0 graphics card, but the slots are backward compatible.

What’s the fastest DDR5 sticks you had success with?  I’m thinking of getting 7200.

i'm running 7200 as well, 2x16.  However, I have to choose between that XMP profile or AI-overclocking my processor.  I get instability trying to do both.  Officially, intel 13th gen (and 14th?) only support DDR5 up to 5600 MT/s.  You're playing the silicon lottery to achieve higher speeds past their memory controller.
Without XMP turned on, my memory's default profile was only 4800... i'm not smart enough to manually override ram settings somewhere in the middle and gain an overclock  possibility for the processor.

Is it windows 10 compatible?

I would not recommend this board for Windows 10. I was able to install Windows 10 but the network controller was not listed in device manager. Attempts to install drivers failed. Decided to try Windows 11. Once 11 booted to the desktop a box popped up saying that network drivers were preinstalled and asked if I wanted to install Armory Crate.

Will an M2 SSD drive with it's own heatsink fit?  Or is this Z790-H motherboard only for M2 cards without heatsinks?

The big heat sink that is included is removed with two screws in order to install the SSD, so you would just not put it back on if you have your own heatsink.  The user manual is very good, you should be able to find it online and see how the 4 M2 slots can be configured.
