Does this work with windows 10?

Yes it will. It will work with any networking device if it is configured correctly and connected to a router. It does not produce a network signal on its own. It only repeats a signal from another device called a router. All you have to do is plug it in, and connect to it through a phone or other network device. Any device that connects to a WiFI signal will work. To be able to use both network bands on the repeater, your router must support both bands. And the device you are using to connect to the repeater must be able to support both bands as well. Until it is connected to a router it will broadcast a WiFI network identified as ASUS-XXX . Once you are connected then you simply answer the questions in the browser and input your routers WiFi credentials and then when prompted, I suggest you set it to mirror or repeat your routers network name and not a different network.
