What sort of square footage coverage can you get with the router? (without extenders/ AP etc)

Thin floors, Brick house. 2000sqft. Full signal everywhere. Full bars with router in basement and computer on second floor directly above. Moderate signal to detached garage. Cannot speak for cinderblock or sealed insulation buildings.
