Does this card support dual monitors?

Yes, almost all video cards support 2 or more monitors these days. If you want 2 displays for office use or similar something for $50 would likely suffice. If you do plan on gaming however, this is an excellent option.

Couldn't this card just be overclocked to factory oc as the oc version?

Not necessarily. I don't have a source or anything to back it up so take it with a grain of salt, but I think they are binning the OC version and not this regular version. I was able to get close to the factory OC clock but just shy. I'm more than happy with this card and we're talking about a pretty minor difference, but it still is the silicon lottery and you may come up short--fyi.

Why is this card better than the rest? Please name at least 3 ideal monitors that can be paired with this card because I'm strongly considering the purchase of it.

ASUS so its an entirely automated manufacturing process--little human error factor.  As Benjamin stated, it has the AURA lighting bling that you can easily tune to how you want it including breathing, strobing, music influenced, or temperature settings. I read it somewhere else, but one gripe that I have heard and agree with is that due to the fact that the light is coming through a different material in some parts it makes it slightly different than in other parts. So for example, I want it to be red--if I set it to red then it looks orange-red coming off the top. If I adjust it so that part looks red then the other part (on the backplate) looks more pinkish-red. It's really not a big deal and is hardly noticeable imo. Other things that I like about this card are that it's quiet and I mean like you can hardly hear it under load quiet. It stays cool--OC'ed under load it stays low-mid 70's for me. and I have the ROG theme going throughout my rig so I like that it conforms to that aesthetic.

Question 4

Specs list this as 1697MHz base clock with 1733MHz boost, but that's specs for the reference design, correct? Are the reviews for this card c\(I know it's not the OC version, but it IS the gaming versionn) that show 1759MHz base and 1898MHz boos actually the right specs?

I wonder if they are binning for the OC version. I was easily able to get close to the OC version but just fell shy. Understand that the real clock speeds will still be even higher. Even though I fell just shy of the OC boost clock (I got it to run very stable at 1888MHZ and it started crashing on me when I tried 1924, didn't bother trying to hit anything in between since I figure the difference would be negligible), my clock speeds according to 3DMark were only about 100MHz lower than the highest clock speeds on their record. The highest I saw with the same cpu as me (so I was comparing apples to apples) was 2.17GHz while mine was around 2.05 and I saw as high as 2.08. For the most part from what I have seen on the benchmarks and what I have read online most people are easily getting close to 2.1 GHz air cooled. If you are going liquid cooling you might eke out another 100MHz (I haven't had any issues as far as temps are concerned--I made my own fan curve in GPU Tweak II and under load it usually stays in the low 70's C. You can really crank the fans up on this card and it stays VERY quiet. I will say that I have a lot of other ambient noise and my case does a really good job of dampening it but I had to get right nearby the case at full load to hear the fan) and if you go ln2 you can get to 2.4GHz + (the highest I have seen was 2.8GHz which was ln2 and they did a bunch of stuff that was over my head).

TLDR: I don't know for a fact, but I think they may be binning the OC cards (haven't been able to confirm it from any source, but it would make sense). So if you want to absolutely guarantee that you are hitting those speeds then you may want to pay $20 more. Or play the silicon lottery and there's a good chance that you will do just as well with the non-OC version.

Is this the same hardware and cooler as the other version, just without a factory Over Clock?

Depending on the silicon lottery, you may not be able to reach the factory OC on this version. I got close but when I tried going above the factory OC speed it started crashing. I'm happy with where I have it and it's very stable. See my below comment--I think they are binning the factory OC version so if it means that much to you then you may want to pay the extra $20. Otherwise, I think you probably have a pretty good chance of getting close to it like I did or even surpass it like Curtiss did. If you are using it on a 2560 X 1440 or 4K monitor it's not going to be a noticeable difference in the fps between 2.0 and 2.1 GHz which with GPU Boost is where it will end up anyway.

Question 6

Why is the 8G with lower clocks more expensive than the A8G if all else is the same?

Currently all the "GAMING" cards are properly priced to speed.  8G, A8G then O8G...low to high respectively.  The faster the card the higher the cost. I've tried both the 8G and O8G and there is a significant difference in GPU temp to speed when overclocking.  The O8G performs the best.

What is the measurements of the Card in mm?

298mm x 134mm x 40mm.  I do not recommend this card though, not just for size but for defects. Though pretty, this model of ASUS cards has major hardware defects, some where ports just stop working. Mine included.

Question 8

My case says it can fit a max gpu of 363mm, I didn't see the length listed in the specs.
If it helps I'm planning on the NZXT Manta case?

I just measured mine, which is installed, and placing the ruler flush with the edge of facing (where the hdmi ports are) it was just shy of 11.75" which equals 298.45mm so it looks like you have a couple inches to spare (363mm is about 14.3"). Basically if you can take a traditional foot long ruler and fit it in your case then you should be fine (at least length wise).

Will this fit on the Asus Z87 Sabertooth motherboard?

Yes, it will. If you have a small case it might be a little bit challenging to put in, i have an asus z170 and a nzxt h440 and it works great
