Pros: Multi-functional, full keyboard, good amount of RAM, portable, Windows 10
Cons: Lots of driver problems upon receipt. Had to reinstall Windows, then reinstall Wi-Fi drivers. Camera drivers also were not working at first, but worked after Windows reinstall
Overall Review: Not recommended for people with little tech knowledge. A great little computer once all the issues were taken care of.
Pros: Small size 2G ram nice keyboard specs stated it had GORILLA GLASS---lies!
Cons: one short fall from the kitchen table to the linoleum floor cracked up the supposed gorilla glass. What a waste of money! It is slow, and def NOT enough storage! 32g is nothing these days!! The bloatware sucks that right up and you can't remove the bloatware.
Overall Review: I did my due diligence before buying this tablet and thought it was going to be a much better machine than it turned out to be. Can't believe that short drop from the table ruined the delicate thing. Pitiful Asus...just pitiful! Never again, that's for sure!!!
Pros: Tablet was in great condition and worked well.
Cons: The tablet itself had no problem and was in great condition but never got my rebate. Mailed in my rebate documents a month and a half before the deadline but never got my rebate. On calling the customer service I was told that the rebate was postmarked after the deadline. If they had said that the rebate was received after the deadline I could have believed it but there is no way it was postmarked after the deadline. I didn't receive the rebate because someone at their rebate center entered the date wrong. Disappointed in the customer service and wont trust newegg rebate offers again.
Pros: Nice 2 in 1 tablet for the price(off course Refurbished)
Cons: Bad Instructions. No Recovery Partition. No Windows OS software(because no Recovery Partition) Rest the Table is very painful.
Overall Review: I bought this tablet about 2 weeks ago. When I received it, there are no manuals, no windows8.1 32 bit software (on a USB flash drive). They only sent me a piece of paper; I think it is from ASUS. All the instructions are meant for Windows 7 software, but mine is windows81. Also, in the instructions, it says when they refurbished, all the recovery partition was wiped out (which was not mentioned any ware when we buy). So, the instruction says as soon as we log in, we have to create recovery Image disk DVD. How can I make a DVD, if I don’t have one for my tablet. Two days ago, the problem started when Microsoft sent an update for Flash player security, I think, which messed up my tablet. I called Microsoft, they couldn’t help me much. So, yesterday I called Newegg customer service, she was very courteous and helpful. I asked her for a replacement, but she said that deal was out off stock only thing she could do a full refund. So, yesterday I returned the tablet. I hope, I would get the full refund from Newegg. Finally, my request to the Asus manufacture is that since they are deleting the RECOVERY partition form the tablet(mainly for REFURBISHED ones) either they send the Windows OS on a 4gb USB flash drive(now they cost less < $5) or put Windows OS ISO files in their website. So, that the Reset process going to be very smooth and painless. If Asus could does this then we all like Customer, Seller and Manufacture save our time and money.
Pros: Arrived in beautiful shape physically - looked new. Upgraded to Win 10 with no difficulty.
Cons: No UPC provided. Shipped loose in bubble wrap. No rebate allowed without UPC but NewEgg issued a credit valid at NewEgg for 90 days. I accepted since I buy quite a bit from NewEgg. Battery life nowhere near what's advertised. I'm surprised - I have (2) Asus X205T netbooks with the same processor and they have excellent battery life. I've tweaked the battery saver settings, etc. - still only 4-5 hours tops. That's the main reason I purchased for my wife. Her tablets last longer - this was supposed to replace them.
Overall Review: OK for the price but not the screamin' bargain I expected.
Pros: love this size and it's like new no any scratch battery life is very good and can last about 8 hrs everything working great except a broken speaker good price
Cons: speaker not working, hope I can return and replace it. Package is not professional, only a piece of paper shows it is a renewed product.
Pros: None
Cons: Dead on arrival. Even if it could power on, I'd still return this. There is a rebate on the listing, but this was sent in a plain cardboard box so there is no UPC to get a rebate. It has no media, no accessories for operation, no manual, no documents at all, except for a photocopied sheet of paper that is a print out of a web page (making the links you're supposed to click for more info real useful...) that states the drive has been wiped completely and there is no recovery partition. There is nothing in the listing that says this ships with no OS! All around, extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I can only assume NewEgg knew nothing of the shenanigans that ASUS was playing here. Refurbished should have indicated it was freshly checked and working great, not a piece of useless trash that you couldn't use even if it wasn't dead...
Overall Review: This certainly leaves a bad taste for ASUS, I can only hope NewEgg will refund fully for this debacle. Wish there was a zero egg rating for things like this.
Pros: Asus worked flawlessly including upgrade to Windows 10. Performace as expected.
Cons: I realized I've purchased a refurb, but this device had 2 gouches on the screen, anywhere else would be considered cosmetic. This should have been identified as being damaged.
