There is no DVD drive but it does have a single USB. Using an external USB DVD drive that issue is easily handled

The box comes with the tablet, the keyboard dock, the AC adapter, and a short micro usb cable for connecting the keyboard to the tablet for charging purposes (no data, power only).

I need this with Microsoft Office Installed. Does it come with Microsoft Office pre-installed and could it do heavy lifting that laptops do? Thanks

I purchased it with MS Office Professional and Acrobat Pro installed.

I've had no problems, but you should know that the tablet portion is heavy...2lbs, much heavier than the keyboard, which makes the combined unit a bit top heavy.

I'm going to look at the  Surface Pro 3 next time, and possibly get Office 365

If you are asking about whether it will accept a SIM card from a cell phone provider, the answer is a most disappointing NO. You will need to use a hotspot setup on your cell phone to use the Asus' WiFi when out of range of a signal at home or at work.

what about the input power voltage is it 240v and 110v.?

The adapter is 110 VAC only. You would need to get an adapter to use it with 220/240 Vac.

Can anyone tell me if this laptop is as good as they show? I need it for engeenering school and it should support autocad and other programs like this.

I purchased my Asus Transformer in April and have grown more impressed with it as I have used it more and more. It is a blazingly fast machine with the new Haswell processor and the Plextor M6e native PCIe M.2 Solid state drive. I expected it to be modestly fast, but I do a lot of HD video transcoding which is very CPU/GPU intensive. This machine transcodes in a fraction of the time that my old HP laptop did. The Asus does indeed only take seconds to boot or reboot. I see no reason why it cannot handle your requirements for engineering school. If the 256 GB SSD is too small, you can have a larger one put in (not sure how that affects the warranty). I know this because that is what I did for my tablet.
