yes, as long as it is a 8th or 9th gen i9 it will support it. i am currently running a 9th gen i7 9700k and it is perfect for the motherboard. i would recommend getting an i7 over the i9 if you intend on gaming. it is better bang for the buck

According to the ASUS site only the Core I9-9900 is listed as a supported CPU.  The 9900K and 9900KS are not.

no its a intel motherboard and ryzen is not compatible with a intel motherboard
