After some research I found that 32 Gb would be good so I bought two 16 Gb  sticks of RAM.  G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2666 (PC4 21300) Intel Z170 Platform Desktop Memory Model F4-2666C15D-32GVR.  I can still add another 32 Gb as this still left two slots open but for what I'm using it for this works great.

Does the corsair h100i pro fit on this mobo?

Yes. The main limiter is the case you are using. If you have room for the cooling fans ect in your case you're good to go. There are onboard plugins for both the pump and cooling fans, and sofware to control them. I use the wi-fi as a hot-spot for devices in my house, including my cell phone.
