Will this allow me to use a bluetooth headset on my pc for gaming?

I'm not 100% certain, but I would assume it is possible to set up a headset using this device. The big variable here would be if the headset you are using is compatible and especially what software you plan to use. 
I can definitely recommend this device though. I purchased it for a similar reason. I use it to connect my two PS3 controllers to my PC using Motioninjoy as the connection program. I have absolutely no complaints and I always have a flawless connection. It's easy to forget you're playing on a PC while using a controller to play PES 2014.
Also, there was a list of compatible bluetooth dongles for the setup I wanted, and this was on it. I recommend looking online to decide what software you plan to use qnd check to see if this is compatible. Hope you find what you need. Cheers!

Will it work on an Android 4.2 tablet that doesn't have Bluetooth?

Hmm, I've heard that the USB Bus on tablets often isn't smart enough to do anything more complicated than file transfer and charging. I got it so I could throw it on my laptop if I ever needed bluetooth on it.

Yes ... I use it on HP laptop with WIN 8, connected to bluetooth speaker.

I am running Windows 7 and I just plugged in the dongle and Windows installed it and it was working right away.  I would hope Windows 8.1 has all the drivers from Windows 7 but I don't know for sure.  There might be enough differences between OS's that could cause a hiccup.

Will this adapter work with and Android device?

Android is supported. Just check the BT versions supported by each device (can find this info on manufacturers product webpage).

My experience:
I have a GS4 and I use them seamlessly together. I'm able to transfer photos and music to/from my Android GS4 and pc just fine.

Can I use this to connect a Airturn Digit11 remote to a non bluetooth equipped tablet?

Do I need any other drivers,software, equipment etc.. to do it?

I want to turn pages of music on my tablet via this remote using the MUSICSHEETS program?

I bought the dongle about a month ago, and it works fine for my purpose (bluetooth mouse on a Windows notebook). You will need to download software from the makers of the connected device and from ASUS, but as long as you have a USB port open and you can get compatible software it should work. The software seems likely to be the crucial part of the setup. I'd suggest that you get in touch with the manufacturer of your program and with Airturn, and look online for discussions. I did not know anything about the airturn, but I found a very thorough comparison of Airturn and Pageflip Cicada, and maybe you can find that and learn something from that. Good luck.

I'm not familiar with the product, but as long as it is a Bluetooth telephone, yes, it will be able to connect it to your computer.
