what are the monitor mounting specs?

Pretty poor to be honest. It has only two screws about 4 inches in width from each other, which leaves any non-wall mount pretty unstable. I intend to build a cage for mine so I can mount it, but the bevel is very thin so if you plan do something similar keep it in mind.

can it be wall mounted?

Yes, just be aware there's only two places to screw a mounting bracket on instead of the usual four
