Is this good for gaming ?

My son uses it in his room to play Xbox and has it as a monitor for his gaming laptop. We don’t see him for hours on end. It must be good, speakers no great on it Though

Is the stand height adjustable?

it doesn't appear to be...I felt around and didn't see any way to do that. I may not be 100% correct. I'm in a room with poor lighting and I don't want to fuss around with it too much. the screen does tilt forward and back
