Does this come with a stand? In the SPECS it lists dimensions "w/ stand" and "w/o stand".

Mine came with a stand, and it also has VESA mount holes on the back

Can this monitor be rotated by 90 degress ??

Not with the stand it comes with, but if you're planning to use the VESA mount for another stand or arm, no problem.
