can i connect  this monitor on my laptop g750jh by hdmi port  and  run 3d with 120hz refresh rate ???

Unfortunately, you can't.  HDMI will not carry the 3D data transfer, nor will it allow the monitor to refresh any faster than 60 Hz.

This monitor requires that you use a dual-link DVI cable in order to carry 3D images or run the refresh rate at 120 Hz.  Your computer needs to have a DVI-D or DVI-I output port to connect the cable to.

Eslam; I'm not sure as I'm not sure about non-NVidia cards. My 770 GTX runs 3D fine, but I use the NVidia 3D glasses. If you video card maker has 3D or perhaps NVidia might have a package for non NVidia... 
The monitor itself is more than capable to play 3D games and movies, but make sure you use the double DVI connector and not the HDMI in order to get the 120Hz 3D @ 1900x1200 (using hdmi with only give you 60Hz @ 480 max)

Yes. HDMI is a great Video / Audio connector, best of all the Audio is Lossless. Only thing depending on what the audio is for like me, I use Sam Broadcaster Pro for music and well it does not like HDMI Audio. Other things with HDMI you also add another Phantom Display under a Receiver such as VSX 523K from Pioneer. Windows and Linux both think there is a display there so load things to it thinking its the Main Display when it's not. The Display I got had to be RMA 3 Times before it actually worked like it was supposed to. Other things to think on, with the new nVidia G-Sync this display does not support it, and I do not know of they will make a mod to make it G-Sync Friendly. Overall this display is Rock solid and worth every penny. For Stereo 3D you need at least 3 Displays the same size and features to get it. Use the HDMI out of the Display card to the Display and 60Hz it will be very nice. To get the full 120Hz use DVI Dual Connector and get the Full Benefit of the display.

Does this monitor have a VERA mount and if so, what is the pattern dimension?

If you go on the Asus Website, and look up the monitor, under the support tab, it should have the instructions.  It says the VERA dimensions is 100 mm x 100 mm.  The pattern looks like an X.  When you disconnect the neck or leg or joint that hold the monitor up-right with the stand, the area where the monitor joins with the stand, underneath it, is where the VERA arm goes.  That's where the mounting screw go for the VERA Stand.  The monitor arrives, in the package, without the stand attached to the monitor.  So you should be able to see it.  Just examine the back of the panel when you remove it from the box.  It should be pretty simple.
