Hi, can you give me a grade on this laptop (condition). Does this laptop have a webcam?

the physical condition was great, but it is finicky about working if you aren't hooked up to the internet at all times. it also doesn't have a cd drive which I didn't realize until after I bought it. its a good alptop for basic use and if you don't need a lot of internal memory

I see that every review on this item lists that it has a bad battery/unable to charge.  Are these currently tested prior to shipment?  If not, is free shipping to return a defective unit included?

Well first I do not work for new egg.  I purchase one and since they are recycle yes the battery is an issue. I used it a few times. Battery is not cheap but sometimes you find one cheap enough. This is my backup laptop so eventually I will change the battery, but everything else works great including the touch screen and that it comes with windows 8.1

Does this product have Bluetooth?

If has bluetooth I don't remember, I send it to my niece. 
After one month the battery doesn't work anymore, the laptop has to be plugged to can work, probably because my purchase was a refurbished laptop.
