Really hate windows 8 &10.

I can't speak for NE or their inventory. Just to be super clear: this computer has Win 10 on it.

I was similarly dismayed as a 7 user. But honestly, this thing's been working very well for me. I'm not really a "deep" windows user, but was expecting 10 to be a lot worse than it was. Plus, the case on this has wifi built in! so i don't have to use a wireless adapter card.

I feel like $330 is a good deal for this; i think i paid about $100 more a year and a half ago, and it's been working great the whole time

Opening the case does void the warranty. The motherboard appears to be a micro atx board that looks like asus doesn't sell to the public. It has two dimm slots, 1 pcie 16x and 4 sata. It runs an Intel H110 chipset.
