I am going to use this computer as a lab bench PC to run software associated with Arduino development tools.  Also, Raspberry Pi work as far as file sharing and port forwarding.  As far as I can tell, this would make an ideal lab PC. Can anyone advise if this is a good decision?

The only drawback to this machine is the weak processor.
Asus has a similar model with an i5 processor (ASUS VM60-G072R) sold here on newegg.

For heavy programs I would recommend using a better processor than this Celery.  Nothing wrong with this unit though.  I have a client with basic home computing needs...I got one for him and he LOVES it.

Question 2

I ordered one of these, it came with 4 gigs mermory. I wound like to order more mermory to bring it to 8 to bring it out. What do I need to 0rder to bring it up to 8gigs memory. What is the name and codes to order 4 gigs more?

Rather than trying to provide a list, the easiest answer is that the User's Manual has a "Qualified Vendors List" of DDR3 memory, at 1600MHz and 1333MHz, starting at page 38.  You can go wrong sticking with the list.

Hello. just want to ask if i can just use wifi and browse the web with this because i dont have an ethernet cable?

It does have built in Wireless for all wireless network types. You just need wifi at your house or anywhere else you plan to use it.

I would like to know the best away to be able to attach dual monitors to this- is that possible?

I have not tried this myself. But have read online that it can be done via the HDMI & VGA Ports.

Does it have blutooth capability?

Yes it does...I have a Hitachi sound bar hooked up to it through Bluetooth.

Can it drive dual monitors? One from VGA and one from HDMI?

Yes. I have a 65" HDTV connected to HDMI connection and a 24" ASUS touch screen monitor connected to the VGA. Unfortunately, your resolution will be limited to the lowest of the 2 monitors for both monitors.

can it upgrade to different CPU or HDD/SSD?

The HDD can be EASILY upgraded, as well as the ram. CPU isn't up gradable that I know of.

is it possible to wipe this HHD and install Windows 7?

Yes, it is possible. You will either need a USB drive with the Windows 7 install files on it, or you will need a USB dvd drive.

Can the graphics card be upgraded? and is there a dvd RW drive in it?

The Case does not have space for a graphics card. The graphics in it are soldered in to the Motherboard. There is not a DVD drive in this computer.

can this model have an i3 chip instead of the new Celeron chip in it?

According to the ASUS web site the processor in the G10AC is a 4th generation Intel® Core™ i5/i7 Processor. My G10AC states the processor is an Intel Core i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz. Why would they install a Celeron chip in this machine?
