what is included with the monitor...a power cord i assume but im pretty sure a brand new one comes with a dvi cable. does this come with a dvi/hdmi cable?

What is the hertz for this monitor? 60Hz or 120Hz. The Specification mentions 50~75Hz. which is not very specific.
