Where is the power button?

As you are facing the monitor run your finger along the bottom edge of the frame. There are four or five buttons there. The power is the first button on the right. To be honest I do not use the manual power. The monitor will automatically go into stand-by mode when the CPU is powered off.

does it have HDMI its hard to tell ?

It is HDMI but it does not come with an HDMI cable which I had to purchase separately.

Does this have wall mount capability, ie. 75x75mm, 100x100mm VESA mounts?

According to the manufacturer, this monitor supports Vesa 100x100 mounting.
