Can this be mounted? I am trying to use it on a (S2S) sit-stand workstation

Yes, It has Vesa Compatibility 100mm x 100mm on the back

it shows a displayport cable in the photo, but under package contents it is not listed, does it come with one?

I do not recall if it came with any cables what so ever. A lot of help, I know.safe to say that if it isn't on the package contents list it won't be included. Most of these companies leave it out so the resale company can make that additional sale.
