The motherboard has at least 4 SATAIII ports available, and they're compatible with any SATAIII drive, including the MS30.

However, do consider that SATA SSDs are substantially slower performance than an NVME one. If you already have the MS30, then keep it and use it for extra storage (music files, work stuff, etc.).  Don't buy the MS30 unless you can get an insane level deal (i.e. under $20 for the version listed) - buy a NVME drive instead.
