Looking at the QVL for this MB, it does not say it's compatible with 32gb DIMM RAMs. It is compatible with 4, 8, and 16gb DIMMs. Hope this helps!

I had to google around for the answer. I can't include a link in the answer.  So, I'll cut and past the info I found:
"If your motherboard BIOS version number is greater than the BIOS version listed above, then you will not need to flash your BIOS. However, if your BIOS version is smaller than the version listed above, then you will need to select and download the latest BIOS to update your system. We kindly remind you that there is a certain risk level involved in BIOS flashing, please refer to " BIOS Flashing Method ". If you still have doubts, we will strongly advise you to consult with a PC Professional or your PC dealer for further assistance. "

The BIOS version number is 3004.  So, when you look at the BIOS version of your mobo, if the version is 3004, or greater, then you're good.  However, if the BIOS version of the mobo is less than 3004, then you'll need to download the latest BIOS and flash your BIOS.

I found this info at ASUS' website in the Support section, the CPU subsection.  You need to scroll down to your Xeon processor.

Question 3

Can this board fit into a EATX chassis?  I have a Fractal Design R5 ATX/EATX case.  I plan to place a front panel AIO 240mm Radiator into the front of the case w/ push-pull.

Anyone have a simalar set-up?

It's a larger mother-board which requires EATX.  I used a Radiator CPU cooler in my box... but the biggest consideration I faced related to the size of my Video Card relative to hard-drive bays.  However, use of SSD should provide you any extra room you may need.

Depending on the case you have,  any ATX 12 volt should be fine. You need:

1x 24 Pin EPS 12 volt Main

2x 8pin or 4x 4pin EPS 12 volt supplementary above CPU socket.

1x 6 pin supplementary above the PCIE X16 slot #1.

I recommend at least 800 Watts because of the CPU, PCIE slots as well as all the other board features. The Bequiet Dark Power Pro 1200w works, that i can confirm. Just make sure you have enough of the appropriate connectors.

can it overclock cpu from BIOS ?

This is one of the things this board is built to do with its AI Tweaker utility in the BIOS.  Also the board has a lot of power connector and VRM capacity for some heavy duty overclocking and very power hungry PCIe cards (GPUs).  The one thing I had an issue with is I bought this board to run a Xeon in a workstation manner and the BIOS overclocked some bus settings by default which caused unstable operation, so I had to go through the setting one by one, figure out what the numbers I needed were and manually plug them until I hit the right setting and finally got stable operation as the Xeon is not an overclockable part, but the BIOS was not smart enough to figure this out.  If you are just after the ultimate gaming system, then just plug in the regular Core-i7 CPU and overclock to your heart's content with this board, nothing extra needed.  Also while this board comes with a pretty good heatsink system for air cooling, those two PLX chips do generate a lot of heat and extreme overclocking can still warm up the VRMs, but it is possible to get a water cooling monoblock for even better cooling if you have deep pockets and lots of patience as there is just one niche outfit that makes periodic manufacturing runs some time after receiving the order.  However if you think your manner of overclocking is going to need water blocks / a monoblock now and you don't want to wait, you will have to look elsewhere.

Same question for Samsung SSD 950 Pro M.2 512GB .
Can I use any of this drives as a boot drive?

I am using the Samsung 950 pro m.2 as a boot drive.  There is an m.2 slot to the right of the PCI slots near the bottom of the board if you orient the board with the cpu on top.  There is one screw that you remover to slide the m.2 drive into the slot and then you use the same screw to secure it.  Works great.  Very fast boot times and operation.  I am also running windows 10.  Make sure you get a case that can hold the CEB form factor as the board is larger then most.  I am not sure about the Intel drive as I am not using one of those.

Will this board support the i7 6850K (Broadwell E) processor?
If the 6850K is supported, what would be the maximum memory capacity?

1) Yes. The HAF 932 supports E-ATX (305 × 330 mm) so it will also support a CEB (305 × 267 mm) board.

2) Yes. According to Intel, Broadwell E is fully supported on existing X99 motherboards.

Could someone explain the RAM compatability for this board. Is it only compatible with DDR42133?

What if you flash the bios to the latest version. When i got the factory firmware, it wouldn't recognize a single 16 Gig Dimm from my trident Z 16x4 kit until i upgraded the bios.

Initially i saw it only supported 8 Gig dimms from the manual totaling to 64GB. Also the XMP settings can override that clock limitation. Mines at 3200mhz.

will this board let u run all the 3.0 x16 pcie slots ie 3 for vga and one for a intel 750 pcie nvme add in and still allow the M.2 functionality? on the Rampage or any board without dual chips, if you populate the last pcie slot M.2 is deactivated. I am hoping that this board will allow population of 4 pcie 3.0 and M.2 at the same tme..!!

You have a total of 76-88 lanes based on the CPU you use. 48 from the PLX chip, 28-40 between the CPU.

NVME boot from PCIE works great using the intel 750 SSD as an AIC for PCIE x16. Theoretically is should do Quad X16s for VGA and 1 X4 for PCIE SSD. The only limitation is the firmware on the board if a 4th card did not work.
