Does ASUS have all the drivers and software squared away with this?

I'm not fully satisfied with this board. Last I checked my asus software caused bluescreens so I had to remove it. I would not personally recommend this board to any of my friends. Hope that answers your question!

I have a corsair h100i water cooler. The brackets to mount the pump to the cpu do not fit the holes drilled into the board (the holes are to narrow). I contacted Corsair and they sent me the same brackets. Anyone alse have the same problem by any chance? And does anyone have suggestions for an air cooler that will fi this board?

Im sorry but they dont allow links here, so go to the Corsair site, look up the H100i extreme cooler, then download the quickstart guide.

Follow the steps for the INTEL mounting procedure, which will work with this motherboard because it is an LGA 1150 socket. The pictured adapter that goes over the cpu block of the cooler has slots that will go over your hole pattern.

As the SDRAM goes, what is the sequence order of the memory sticks?

In owner's manual page 1-10.  But priority is A2, A2-B2, A1-A2-B1-B2

It does not show a configuration for just 3.

Your reference to SDRAM causes me to wonder about your memory choice.  You need the DDR3 DIMMs.

I was going to link you to a Crucial site that explains the differences in SDRAM and DDR3 but Newegg won't allow it.

I would say yes. The only trouble I had when I got this motherboard was with the graphics card I have. I bought the GeForce gtx lightning 770 and there were issues where the drivers would fail every once in a while and the picture would cut out. After flashing the bios and a bunch of driver updates for the card, I have encountered no issues. I've been running great without any issues. The wi-fi works great. I can't speak about overclocking the CPU, as I've had no reason to. The only features I've used are the fan control in the AI software, and that works great.

All in all, there are no problems or complaints I can give about this mobo. But like I said, I haven't really tested most of the features this motherboard has.

Yes this comes with built in wi fi.  Look at the 2nd modular piece   from the left as you look at the back of I/O.

Hey there, I am building my gaming pc for the first time, and a friend recommended getting this: Asus Z87-Expert Motherboard - ATX, LGA1150, Intel Z87 Express Chipset, 2800 MHz DDR3 (O.C.), SATA III (6Gb/s), 8-CH Audio, Gigabit LAN, Quad-GPU CrossFireX Ready - Z87-EXPERT. However, it is currently out of stock (was not told that before I bought it on cyber Monday). Does anyone have a similar Mobo for a similar performance? Thanks in advance!

The Z97-A is the same exact thing just with a slight upgrade not much of a difference between them.
