Pros: Just switched back from a Mac, but the thing boots and shuts down blazingly fast. I have purchased two of these now and my wife and I use them as our desktop computers.
Cons: I could not use two monitors, (one via the HDMI port and one on an Aker USB-C hub. It caused some issues. IDK if it's the hub or the PC. During certain tasks, the heat coming off this thing is impressive. I'm not a computer engineer, but blowing hot air onto the display seems odd. The first PC arrived with carry sleeve damaged. Since nothing else was damaged, it must have been damaged at the factory. I called Asus and they were having none of it and told me to contact Newegg. I did not care about the sleeve, so I did not pursue it further.
Overall Review: I would recommend this computer. Asus makes a good product, but their customer service did not impress me.
Pros: Love the small size, and don't worry about negative comments on the size of the keyboard, it feels just fine to me. As always with Zenbooks, the laptop really feels premium in finish. 1 TB of SSD HDD out of the box is a wonderful thing. I haven't used the "tablet" mode yet, so I can't judge about that part. Thumbs up to Newegg for the astonishingly quick delivery, under 24 hrs.
Cons: I was hoping that I could use any USB-C cable to charge the laptop, but so far, a "Slow charger" message appears when I use another cable, and I think the battery level barely stays put using it.
Overall Review: Highly recommended as an easily portable device, mainly used for work, with great storage capacity in quick SSD format. Impressive packaging.
Cons: -Unable to Boot, poor placement of the Power Button makes me assume it is somehow jammed/stuck.
-Charging Indicator stays on even after unplugging.
-Damage to exterior box is slight, but apparently enough, even with the additional Asus packaging.
Overall Review: Honestly don't know what to think. I've had good luck in the past, but receiving something this expensive in this state, and then seeing that the price went down nearly $200 in the 24 hours since I made this purchase is quite disheartening.
I will be contacting Support, I can't afford not to, but after paying extra for shipping because I needed this for work ASAP, and now have no idea when I will actually have it, is truly frustrating.

Pros: -Touch screen interface
-2-in-1 Laptop
-4k Display
-Hdr certified
-Good battery. I can get a full day of school work (8 hours) when using the balanced battery mode that charges it to only 80% to preserve battery longevity.
-The keyboard is excellent. It has all the necessary and is easy to get used to.
-Mouse pad is great
-USB-C thunderbolt 4 ports for charging & data; although, I would have preferred AMD 6000 series or 4000 series for the longer battery life, I'm still satisfied with the Intel 11th gen processor that's still, somehow, on 14nm with Intel's patented thunderbolt 4.
-OLED screen. The display is absolutely gorgeous
-Overall aesthetics when the laptop has been cleaned
-Latest WiFi and Bluetooth standards
-16gb of RAM
-Windows 10 Pro is included
Cons: -Build quality. I'm used to the quality that I've been able to expect when purchasing parts to build a desktop. I own an ASUS rtx 3080, and have owned products from ASUS for the last 12 years of my life, and I've never had any issues with their products until I purchased this laptop. The daughterboard had to be replaced because the power button would not connect with the internal power switch. Although ASUS never offered a reason for the failure, I was able to determine that there's a small silicon (or rubber) pad that is attached to the power button mechanism. Covering the plastic point that touches the internal power switch, this is the piece I believe to most likely be the point of failure after taking it apart which ASUS didn't care that I did.
The process of fixing the laptop was as annoying as you'd expect when there's only one repair centre in all of Canada, so expect, in the case of issues, to be waiting at least three weeks before you get your computer back; at least, that was my experience living north of Edmonton. When I sent the product to the repair centre, in its original packaging as shipped by Newegg/Asus, I was not returned it, but instead, it was sent back wrapped in bubble wrap located FEDEX box.
Asus issued no apology, nor did Asus offer me any compensation for being without my computer for three weeks. Considering that this computer is marketed to professionals, I would have hoped for a low three figure compensation for the inconvenience (like some cleaning product for the laptop).
-The laptop holds fingerprints like I've been holding gamestop. This is the sort of laptop that requires daily cleaning. The metal surfaces, while beautiful, will display fingerprints after each time you touch it.
-I/O ports. You get 2 USB-C on the left and 1 USB-A port on the right. I would have preferred to at least get a headphone jack or to get USB-C ports on both sides to make charging more convenient. I'm not as opposed to using USB-C to 3.5mm as most people, but I don't like overcrowding of cords when I'm connected to power.
-Bloatware. Don't offer me MacAfee. Ever.
-Expandability. I would have preferred the ram slots to be expandable so that I could get even more than 16GB to accommodate the programs that I'm running so I don't need to remote into my PC at home or work.
-No colour options. I wish there was a yellow or green version of this thing.
Overall Review: Recommending this product to someone would be difficult considering the inherit flaws in its design; however, I'm apprehensive to outright not recommend a product that I've come to love. The touchscreen capabilities of this thing are amazing. I enjoy using it for taking notes, drawing or neglecting my touchpad. When I see the screen plugged in, I can't help but love it. From browsing the interwebs to programming on it, I enjoy using this computer; although I'm aware of how many flaws it has. I see fingerprints, poor hardware and lacking I/O, but also see an amazing screen, keyboard, style and battery. The decision of whether to purchase this laptop requires consideration of its inherent flaws.

Cons: Finger prints stay on the body of the laptop.
Overall Review: Display is awesome also shutdown in seconds ..but heat ! Shame of asus to produce new generation of laptops with this old issue. I avoided Hp laptops afraid from face this issue , how I find it know with my favorite asus !!! I spent too much in this labtop !
Manufacturer Response:
Dear Norah,
We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused you if the unit will auto-shutdown.
In order to resolve auto-shutdown, if running with the battery only, please ensure the battery has an ample amount of charged life. Do not run any power-hungry software or application in battery mode, running these applications will cause auto-shutdown when battery life is running low.
If you need further assistance with the product, please email me at cl-rodel@asus.com and I will be more than happy to help. Or, call Product Support Hotline at: 1(888) 678-3688. Also, you can chat with an ASUS live support agent at http://bit.ly/AsusLiveChat.
Thank you for choosing an ASUS product.

Rodel
