Can you have two different ring tones, one for each line?

Yes, there is slight tonal difference between the sound of lines one and two. Line two has a slightly higher pitch. There is no way to select the ring tones, unlike on a cell phone.

If you mean traditional intercom that announces out load on another  similar phone or phones in the office, then NO. These use POTS lines ( Plain old telephone system ). They do not support AIN ( advancedd Network Features ) or digital feature like intercom. BUT if you have a pbx that supports broadcast as an extension, you could dial *777 and it would call all phones subscribed to that extension and allow you to broadcast your voice to all who answer or open the speaker.
