The Athena Power AP-U1ATX30A is designed for the 1U form factor to provide compact flexibility for a small industrial computer rackmount chassis. It provides dual 40mm ball-bearing fans and thermal fan speed control for maximum heat and noise dissipation. It also supports 20-pin ATX v2.2 motherboards.
Active PFC and Full Range InputThe Active PFC and Full Range function provides a smarter PSU. It’s able to detect the differences of wattage that is needed to power up your system; you can rest assured that it will provide and maintain the most suitable power needed for your system.
Dual FanThe dual fan (one is mounted in the front and one is in the back) design is targeted to maintain a reliable source of power and keeping the system cooled. The rear fan intakes the heat that is produced inside the server or system and pushes it through the front fan, which is positioned towards the exit points of the server/system. This keeps the motherboard and hard drives cool.
Smart Auto Fan Speed ControllerWith its thermal fan speed control, it will detect the amount of heat generated by the computer and spin accordingly. Using this controller to detect the heat levels of the PSU, it will adjust the fan speed accordingly. With this feature built in, worrying about the heat level of a PSU becomes almost non-existent.

Pros: Cheap, Cool, Quiet. I purchased 2 of these to replace failed power supplies in some ASUS RS100-E4/PI2 machines. They are slightly longer than the default power supplies, but they fit with enough space to spare.
Cons: Not much a con, but I wish the fans were faster. It is a server power supply, I wish it would push more air. oh and it dropped $10 in price soon after I purchased it :(
Overall Review: I hesitated at first because other reviews complained about this power supply getting very hot. I can tell you that this was not the case. So far so good!
