It does not come with a manual. The only tricky part is figuring out the hard drive bays.  You have to remove the black screws in the back and start at the top bay and work down.  The good news is the drive bays hold either 3.5 or 2.5 inch drives.

does this case have a tool less design?

No not really...most is but the hard drive trays are screwed down from other side(even though they snap in). The hard drive also screws into the tray.

does this case fit the (Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X 4GB Video Card) in it?

It should fit any full height, double slot card. It's the motherboard that will determine the fit.

The case is a mid-tower, so will fit any motherboard that isn't too large (more than 3-4 slots).
