Yea, it comes fully built and ready to start up with Windows 8 installed. I purchased this at the end of the year and I love it. It comes with great hardware for the price. I definitely recommend it.

Question 2

I see this includes a 120 GB SSD.   Can someone tell me the brand and model of the SSD?   Just want to know if I should pick up a different SSD and swap it in myself.

The ssd works well for me. No problems 3ish months into purchase. It's a bit small (120 gb as you said), but it's easy enough to get everything on to the e drive instead. If you prefer saving on the ssd,  get a bigger one.

OK is the water cooler in this system a closed loop water cooler or an open loop water cooler? If it's an open loop cooler would distilled water with biocide be OK to run through it?

Closed loop sealed system.   Nothing for you do do.   You don't even know it's there.   Heck,  you don't even know the computer is on.   Very quiet.

You will need to make sure everythings plugged in correctly before starting it up and yes you will need wifi

Since the water cooling is a closed loop system, what do I do if there are bubbles in from bouncing around while being shipped to me house? Is there a way I can remove the bubbles? Also will I need to leek test it before I turn it on or does the manufacturer do that for me? I really appreciate everyone who helps me.

Why does my the GTX 770 that comes with this look different from the one on Nvidia's website? It seems to have a different case around it and doesn't say Geforce on the side, and I'm not able to use the LED effects with the Nvidia experience program.

I'm not sure about the LED effects, but I can tell you the card is a Zotac brand Nvidia based graphics card. Basically, the company is one of the many partners of Nvidia that has been given permission to produce Nvidia based graphics cards.
