Yes, the 8 core processor can handle multiple apps open, as far as running wow, it would be an insult to the HD7950, you can get a lot cheaper computers if your worry is running wow

Does this comp cool very well with the single fan? Do you recommend adding fans if I install a second gpu for litecoin mining?

Not sure what litecoin minig is but with a single gpu i have had zero issues with heat using the PC primarly for gaming. There are actually 5 fans total in this case not counting the liqud cooling system and all of them keep the PC running nice and cool.Hope this helps you some.

It CAN run WoW at Ultra, but it isn't recommended, as it tends to lag just a bit.
