Why doesn't the intercom have an automatic answering function?
This feature needs to be turned on by the customer. Press and hold the 'VOL- key' until the dial icon appears in the lower right corner.
Why did some functions disappear after the power failure?
After power failure, the automatic answering function, mute function, and replay function of the intercom need to be reset
Is setup required after receiving the package?
No, our intercoms are plug-and-play. They are pre-set to CODE A, GROUP 1, and different local numbers in advance.
Why does my intercom make that loud static/screeching noise?
These intercoms feature sensitive built-in mics and speakers. Maintain 8+ ft between units - closer distances may cause that high-pitched squeal at louder volumes. For clearer operation, use volume setting 3-4 or increase spacing slightly if needed
Why didn't my intercom package include a charger, cable, or user manual?
Each package contains a user manual. Charging accessories are included for the number of radios in your package, all packed in a white box labeled "Charger & Cable Kit, please open." Be sure to check inside!
