1. The device does not power on
Please make sure the unit is connected to a power adapter properly.
Check whether the power indicator light is on.
2. No display or unable to achieve 4K@60Hz resolution
Please ensure all HDMI cables are securely connected.
For stable 4K@60Hz transmission, use HDMI 2.0 certified 26AWG cables.
Recommended cable length should not exceed 5 meters.
3. Unable to extend the screen
This device supports SST (Single Stream Transport) mode only.
It does not support MST (Multi-Stream Transport).
All connected displays will show the same image.
4. No audio output
This device supports Dolby audio formats.
Please confirm your sound system supports the selected format.
If there is no sound, set the source device audio output to PCM.
Ensure the audio input on your sound system is set correctly (e.g., Optical).
5. Remote control not working
Please remove the transparent battery insulation tab before first use.
