Does this protect against EVERYTHING hackers phishers viruses and give you tech support to fix any problems? What is the cost for 2 pcs for 5 years?

You should wait until they go on sale and get the three PC license for like $20-$30.  Depending on the version the licenses last for a couple of years.  I like this compared to others because it is minimally intrusive but still offers good protection.  
There is no such thing that protects you from EVERYTHING but you can minimize risk by doing things like having strong passwords, putting a password on your wireless router, not sharing information, avoiding unfamiliar websites, etc.
