It is good for 3PCs (3 computers) for only 1 year. 
You download the file to your PC, USB drive, or your Cloud and then install.
Be sure to check automatic updates so your virus program is always current.

I've downloaded and installed the antivirus software but was only provided the software code for the virus protector not the PC tune up. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm in the same boat; anti-virus software is fine, but unable to download the pc tune-up...I'm thinking this was an error by the advertising dept at Newegg.

Is the 'PC TuneUp' part of this package as stated?

I cannot download that part of the package.

It clearly states that you are supposed to get 2014 avg antivirus AND PC tuneup so they will have to make good on it if they messed up. It is 2 separate downloads though.

If I purchase this for 3 pc's, then how would I be able to download them to all 3 pc's?

You down load to your PC or you can save it to a disk. Then install it on the PCs you want using the same Product Key. They know how many times its been installed. Hope this helps.

Does it come as a disk? Or a Download? If its a download how do i get it from pc to pc?

It is a download. They send you an email with the product key. You can download the software from avg's website and when you install it you will be prompted for the product key in your email. You just repeat the process on each pc or you could copy the original download to a disc or usb drive and copy and install it on the other computers.
