how do you change the rgb fan lighting?

I was able to change my RGB lighting by entering BIOS setup during start up press DEL. In the top right corner select option to change colors. The only issue is the CPU cooler fan RGB does not change color. It appears the RGB controller is not included with the computer. I removed both side panels and traced the wiring from the motherboard to the CPU fan and there is no controller inline.

CPU cooler fan light adjustable with software, the Case fans are adjustable with a button located inside the case beside the motherboard

I didn't have to enter a key. I entered a PIN and it started automatically.
I created the PIN at that time.
