First, make sure the battery is fully charged. Also, check that the device is not stuck in Mode 2. If the LED night light stops working at any time, a replacement will be provided.
Does the night light have a second/multiple buttons?
There is only one universal button (power button). Press and hold to adjust brightness.Each short press cycles through Constant On mode, Night mode, or 24-hour infrared human motion detection mode.
How do I adjust the brightness of the light?
Long-press the power button until you hit your perfect glow level, then let go - the night light will lock in that setting.
The included magnets are too weak
Removing the blue film from the steel welding pad is key to achieving a stronger magnetic bond.
Battery Life Issues with Night Lights
Motion mode: 30s per activation, 5–10 daily triggers, lasts 26–60 days.
Max brightness constant: 2–3 hrs.
Min brightness constant: 10 hrs.
