The two front red RGB fans are included, unless that's changed since I bought mine a year and a half ago. One thing to note on this case is the front clear plastic cover in front of the fans blocks a lot of air flow. I had to remove mine to keep temperatures down, but that makes it easier for dust to get in the system.

As an aside, I don't know if the current price is worth it (47.99 - $10 rebate +$6 shipping). I ended up paying about $25 bucks for mine after the rebate and still feel like I paid too much.
